A useful and user-friendly tool for any ability level. Search around the site and find some VERY cool apps such as 3-D view.

Best:

You can go ANYWHERE in the world. The picture can zoom in with pretty clear detail considering, and learn about what you are viewing.

Worst:

Some apps are hard to find and even harder to figure out how to actually use-you just have to play around with them...
